Simply complete the registration form on our website (“Register”). Requirements include a minimum age of 16, a VATSIM account and at least 24 completed flight hours on VATSIM.

FSX, P3D, MSFS 2020/2024 and X-Plane are technically supported. We actively support MSFS 2020 and 2024, for example by providing liveries for add-ons specifically designed for these two simulators.

Charter flights are explicitly permitted. Scheduled and charter flights can be booked through the “Dispatch” section of the dashboard.

We use a modern ACARS system that records all of your flight data. As soon as you start ACARS, your reservation is loaded automatically. You can download the ACARS client from the “Downloads” section of the dashboard.

You can do this directly in the dashboard under “Dispatch” by clicking “Find Scheduled Flight” and selecting your preferred flight. Alternatively, you can select a flight using the “Route Map”. After choosing your flight, you will find the “Dispatch Flight” button in the top-right corner. Once the flight has been dispatched, it will automatically appear in ACARS. You can also plan the flight with SimBrief under the “Dispatch” tab.

You can do this directly in the dashboard under “Dispatch” by clicking “Dispatch Charter Flight”. After entering all required information for your charter flight, click the “Dispatch Charter Flight” button. Once the flight has been dispatched, it will automatically appear in ACARS. You can also plan the flight with SimBrief under the “Dispatch” tab.

Don't worry – as soon as you press the button to end the flight, the report is automatically submitted to the system.

You can submit a “Manual PIREP” afterwards. However, this should remain the exception. Manual PIREPs are subject to strict requirements, which you can find on the “Manual PIREP” page.

Technically, this is not mandatory. However, the question remains: why fly for our VA using a different livery? Our liveries for various mods and add-ons can be downloaded from our Discord server.

Our fleet consists exclusively of aircraft types for which we can also provide suitable liveries. Feel free to share your preferences with the staff – we continuously aim to expand our fleet and add new aircraft types with matching liveries.

You can move freely at any time by booking a Jump Seat to your preferred airport in the dashboard. This means you do not have to continue flying from your previous destination.
